New Babu I got from Kitistrasza. He is going to be one of my main Villains in my Next-gen. He's from another dimension where his father has taken over and enslaved all of equestria. He himself after finding out his magic can be used to slip into other realities decided to use this power to enslave his own equestria. He has been keeping close to the only other powerful villain in this new equestria Crimson Heart. These two are very much like bonnie and clyde and spend a lot of their time together. 

The bracelet on his hoof was given to him by his father as a way of boosting his magic both Chaos and Equestrian.
